Privacy Policy
Effective: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Leegly LLC, operating as "Leegly Contracts" ("Leegly," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit leeglycontracts.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
The Site serves two audiences: companies seeking contracts support ("Clients") and contracts professionals applying to join our network ("Leegly Pros"). This Privacy Policy covers both. We are a business-to-business service, and the Site is intended for business and professional users, not consumers acting in a personal capacity.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- If you are a Client (seeking contracts support): your name, work email address, company name, phone number, your role, the type of help you're looking for, contract types, volume, timeline, and any other details you include in your message.
- If you are a Leegly Pro (a contracts professional applying to our network): your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn or resume link, the contents of any resume or CV you upload, your experience level, the contract types you work in, your availability and hours, and anything else you choose to share.
Please do not include other people's personal information (such as references) without their permission, and please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) through our forms.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to operate, to remember preferences, and to understand how the Site is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry or application and communicate with you;
- Provide, scope, and deliver fractional contracts management services to Clients;
- Evaluate, vet, and match contracts professionals (Leegly Pros) to client engagements;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- Send you service-related or, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out of marketing at any time);
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of Leegly, our clients, our professionals, and others.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
We may share information with:
- Clients and professionals, to make matches. Where you are a Leegly Pro, we may share relevant parts of your professional profile (such as experience and availability) with prospective Clients to evaluate a potential engagement. Where you are a Client, we may share relevant details of your needs with professionals being considered for your engagement. We share only what is reasonably necessary for this purpose.
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, file storage, email delivery, customer relationship management, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors such as our accountants, auditors, and legal counsel, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities or other parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect rights, property, or safety.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
4. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on third-party providers for hosting, form handling, file storage, email, and possibly analytics, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
[Confirm and list your providers here — e.g., the hosting platform, the form/email handler, the resume-upload/file-storage service, and any analytics tool — so this section is accurate.]
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or application, provide our services, match and maintain our professional network, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and our legal and operational requirements.
6. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you may have the right to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share your personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise a right, contact us at hello@leeglycontracts.com. We will verify your request before responding, typically by confirming details associated with your inquiry or application.
"Do Not Track." Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals in a uniform way.
Other U.S. states and international users. Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete their information. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. 9. International Visitors
We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
